To see how the men reacted, psychologists showed them computer-made pictures of women with blonde, brown, or black hair.
Researchers found that men thought that women with blond hair were more attractive and more likely to get into a relationship than women with black hair. In these ways, there wasn’t much difference between blondes and brunettes. But after the men looked at the pictures of the women from the shoulders up for a second, they thought blondes looked much younger and healthier than brunettes.
Blonde Russian women definitely fit the stereotype of blonde women and attract the attention of Western men. If you are married to a blonde Russian bride, you will have to decide whether this is a good thing or not.
